Summer Weight Lifting for Varsity Athletes-Matt CatesClasses are: Session I 8-9:30 am, Session II 9:30-11 am, Session III 11 am - 12:30 pm, Session IV 1-2:30 pm. Door H will need to be unlocked 15 minutes before and 15 after at the start of each class (a total of 30 minutes for each class). Follow door schedule under the set up instructions.
