Orchestra Pot-Luck Dinner

Dinner will start at 6:00 and end at 8:00 pm, but parents would like to use the cafeteria at 5:00 pm for set up and until 8:30pm for clean up.  Podium, screen and mic are needed.  9 long tables are needed and 8 trash cans. Elisa
